Overview
All email software and devices, such as Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail and Mozilla Thunderbird, connect to our email servers using the exact same settings. This article is for users who are familiar with how to use their email software and simply want to know what settings they should be using to connect to our servers. If you are unsure how to use your email software, we recommend reading through our Email software setup tutorials article for further assistance.
FOR EMAIL: If you use Outlook 2007, Outlook 2010, MacMail on MacOS 10.13.4 or before, IOS 4 or before or any email client running on Windows 7 you will need to upgrade beforehand to avoid issues. This may also be the case for other older email clients or operating systems. (Will work on Non-SSL port)
FOR WEB BROWSING: If you are using a browser older than Chrome 30, Firefox 26, Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 8, or Safari 7 on OS X 10.9, you will also need to upgrade your browser to avoid issues viewing any website you have hosted on our servers.
